Born and raised near Munich, Constanze Ladner worked for 18 years as a designer in the fashion industry, most recently as Head of Design for a streetwear label, before establishing herself as an interior designer in 2018. The self-taught designer is known for her passion for warm, natural materials, which she combines with refined textures, rich color palettes, and meticulous craftsmanship to create harmonious, holistic compositions. In close collaboration with her clients, she develops sophisticated, cosmopolitan spatial concepts that bring a sense of harmony, comfort, and sensuality to both residency and hospitality projects.
